Bounce Above provides bounce house rentals, water slide rentals, inflatable games, obstacle courses, dunk tanks, tents, tables and chairs, concessions, and other event and party equipment rental services in Mississippi, including Pearl, Brandon, Madison, Jackson, and surrounding communities.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

3.1 Types of Messages

When you opt in via our website form, you may consent to receive two categories of text messages:

● Non-Marketing Messages: Booking confirmations, reservation reminders, delivery notifications, event day logistics, and service notifications from Bounce Above.
● Marketing Messages: Special offers, discounts, coupon codes, and service updates from Bounce Above.

3.2 Consent
Your consent to receive text messages is entirely voluntary. You may submit our contact form without opting in to either category of text messages. Consent checkboxes are optional and are not pre-checked.

3.3 Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (769) 990-3758. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3.5 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Rental Terms
All equipment rentals from Bounce Above are subject to availability. Rental agreements, pricing, delivery schedules, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring that the setup area is safe, accessible, and meets the requirements specified by Bounce Above at the time of reservation.

5. Limitation of Liability
Bounce Above shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of rented equipment. Users assume all risk associated with the use of inflatable equipment and party rental items. Bounce Above is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety guidelines, or acts of nature.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bounce Above, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or equipment.

7. Changes to Terms
Bounce Above reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
